These Terms of Service govern your use of The Front Page, a product of Walker + Associates Media Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using The Front Page, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The Front Page is a software platform that helps boutique PR agencies win new business, onboard clients, and manage projects, contracts, and revenue in one workspace. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the service from time to time.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. New subscriptions to the Professional plan include a 14-day free trial; you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel first. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing period. There are no setup fees.
You retain ownership of the client records, files, and other content you add to The Front Page. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
You agree not to use The Front Page for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited or abusive communications through the platform, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to The Front Page if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
The Front Page is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walker + Associates Media Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Walker + Associates Media Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
